One day I went to a fast food restaurant and the service and quality were lousy, I contacted their customer care to express my dissatisfaction and attention there was even worse; so I asked myself a question at that time:

How can I help other people not suffer what I went through when you come across a company that is really bad?

Answer: I designed knyou.com

I wanted a place where my ratings and comments mattered. Many times I filled out forms and customer surveys to let them know about my comments concerning a particular products or services, but I never knew if they were read or followed up on to the help and benefit of others.

When I wanted to buy a service or product I wasted a lot of time looking for reliable opinions. For example, how many times has it happened to you that you go to a restaurant and turns out to be really bad even though prior to going you read its review in a rating apps.  This is because the current rating system is obsolete!!!  How can you really know if something is good if you don’t know what are some of its faults.  The 5 stars system is obsolete because it is an exclusionary system because people confronted with disservice do not generate any qualification and / or review.

Knyou was designed to complement all that, allowing anyone to give an honest opinion and generating ratings that have value, most other applications are biased in one direction, Knyou not only serves to express the bad experiences, it is also very useful to see the good in businesses and services, etc. ... to draw attention to users comments and ratings quickly and easily

I designed Knyou to help users make better purchasing decisions, creating a unique and useful system to help discover which are the best services and products available to us within our reach, and help companies in their continuous improvement of their services and products.

I invite you to use this great social network and help more people have good shopping experiences. Knyou is one of the 50 most promising startups in the very important  event that is Web Summit 2015. Give value to Say It!
